Ghanaians Doctors in a statement released to newsghana.com.gh have called off its three weeks old strike.
The Ghana Medical Association has asked all members to restore full service effective Monday August 24th, 2015.

“Dear GMA member, at an emergency council meeting held on friday, 21st august, 2015, nec has taken the decision to suspend the ongoing industrial action. all members are to restore full services. this is effective monday, 24th august, 2015.
“This decision was taken to ensure that our ultimate goal to secure signed conditions of service document is achieved. an official announcement would be made later in the day. please note that the greater accra division cpd/meeting has been postponed to 30th august 2015.thanks
