The biggest market in the central business district of Accra the Kantamanto market is on fire.
The fire started during the early hours of Sunday and according to eyewitnesses it appears to be worst fire out they have ever seen.
several wares and structures?running?into millions of cedis have been destroyed by the fire. some shop owners were seen trying to put out the fire with sachet water.
The police is also at the scene to help check looting?and criminals.
