
Oman FM radio presenter, Fiifi Boafo has been subpoenaed by an Accra High Court to serve as a witness for the state in a case in which NPP firebrand and Assin North Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has been charged with misdemeanor for inciting tribal hatred.
Mr.Agyapong and his radio station?s National Agenda programme host, Fiifi Boafo will make a date with an Accra High Court tomorrow in the case which has remained hanging for a while now.
According to sources, Fiifi Boafo was informed by a CID officer who gave his name as ASP Boye that he was needed at the department?s headquarters. This was on thursday morning whiles Fiifi was running his show.
Though Fiifi gave an excuse for his inability to appear immediately, he was issued with the subpoena on friday. The subpoena was delivered by ASP Boye and a prosecutor at the premises of Oman FM.
