The Federal Capital Territory administration (FCTA), on Friday, said that the distribution of fertilisers in the territory has been extended for one more week.
The secretary of rural agricultural development in the territory, Olvade Madaye, told journalists in Abuja that the gesture was part of the plan to subsidise agricultural production this season in the territory.
She said that adequate seedlings have been stored and will be distributed to farmers at the appropriate time to help boost food production to serve the territory and environs.
