Reports reaching spyghana.com is that the Effutu Municipal Chief Executive in the Central Regional, Nii Ephraim, has passed away this morning.
He died at the Otoo Memorial Hospital in Winneba after suffering a mild stroke two weeks ago.
Nii Ephraime was appointed as the MCE in 2009 by late President Mills and retained in June 2013 by President John Mahama.
