Dream Alive Construction has renewed its call for individuals allegedly encroaching on its land at Akporman to vacate the area or engage management for peaceful resolution, following a fresh court ruling affirming its ownership of the disputed property. It would be recalled that the residents took the company to court but the latest ruling has settled this protracted dispute.
According to the company, a recent judgment obtained last month has further reinforced earlier court decisions in its favour, effectively settling questions over ownership of the land.
Management further stated that they now have possession as well as judgments in its favour
The Chief Executive Officer of Dream Alive Construction, Mr Enoch Addokwei Pappoe, is urging all persons currently occupying or developing portions of the land without authorisation to come forward and engage the company to avoid possible confrontation.
He stressed that the company remains open to peaceful dialogue but will not hesitate to enforce its legal rights if necessary.
“We are just calling for amicable settlement with everyone that is why our doors are still open to them,” he quizzed.
Management noted that repeated court rulings in its favour leave no ambiguity about its legal standing, adding that continued encroachment could lead to further legal consequences.
The company has therefore advised all affected individuals to treat the matter with urgency and engage its management to avoid escalation, insisting that it prefers cooperation over conflict in resolving the issue.
