Life buzzing at the speed of metro, traffic signals crowded with busy minds, AC cars flooded with hot discussion on Job satisfaction, newspapers studded with same articles and lots more. This is not an encryption of some article published in recent past but an amalgamation of present and future predications. A person employed in a company is in search of another job which he/she thinks would be better than the former. A CEO in a well renowned company too moves into a new organization in return of high perks and privileges. Now with such a phenomenal and irregular pattern of job seekers, the graph of job satisfaction turns out to be a malfunctioned one. There remains no peeks and downs in the general thinking pattern of the job seekers. A large crowd remains unsatisfied with the place they are employed. When the curtains were withdrawn to know the reason behind, it took many into phase of shock which was predetermined.
?Life moves on, with changes, Job moves on with unsatisfaction and career moves on with dilemmas in mind?. Every person is perplexed with the thought that what he/she actually wants. Many are still quenching the thirst to get the job of their own accord. But, to great surprise the people are unsuccessful in drawing out their portrait of satisfactory job. They are themselves engrossed amidst the dark clouds of clear definition. There is still a lot of grey area when we talk of job satisfaction. I think nobody could define it in clear and crisp manner. As a job satisfactory for one individual may be the biggest dropdown in career for another. The reasons behind this satisfaction is so uncertain, some are dissatisfied for they are not given perks accordingly, some fail to gel with co-members of team, some find the aura of their office bad, to shock for some the cafeteria is bad. These are stupid reason behind most ?job satisfaction queries?. The biggest is the indifference of opinion between bosses and their employees and such cases leads to bosses turning out demons in daylight. Nobody could actually draw out the real reason behind failure of job satisfaction and it?s not really needed. You just move on to another if it suits you best at the moment because it is better to go for bread than starve for peanuts and almonds. We just need to replace the word failure of job satisfaction with zest to form a better career and then everything would assume the essence of silver lining in the grey cloud.
?Do not be just satisfied with what you get, achieve what suits your satisfaction?, that is the essence of a true satisfactory career.”
