In a letter sent to the UN Security Council which was published on Thursday in Kinshasa, DR Congo ambassador to UN Ignace Gata Mavita urged Rwanda to respect its international commitments and immediately cease engaging in destabilizing activities.

Elsewhere on Thursday, the president of DR Congo’s National Independent Electoral Commission (CENI) Corneille Nanga condemned the situation when he met representatives of political parties.
He said CENI will start issuing more secure voter’s cards.
On several occasions, Rwanda has rejected allegations that it was training Burundian refugees with the intention of overthrowing the government of President Pierre Nkurunziza. Enditem
