Adade Dacosta a thirty year old native of Mampong in the Ashanti Region and a worker of the Echelon Company Ltd at Dubai has been cured from his life threatening hepatitis B disease after going through treatment at the Dr Boadi Herbal Clinc in Agona the Capital of the Sekyere South District in the Ashanti Region.
Narrating his story, Dacosta explained that he was living and working in Dubai when he was been told by the manager of the company he is working with to go for health screening.
He continued that immediately after screening he was tested positive of hepatitis B.
He made known that due to his ailment, he cannot continue his work in Dubai so?? later he travelled back to his hometown, Mampong in Ghana to seek for medical attention.
He explained that he got to know of this herbal Dr Boadi, when one day he was watching Adom TV and saw him advertising that he has cure for such ailment.
He said he quickly go for another laboratory test at Takoradi Government Hospital on 24/8/11 at the time he pay a visit to one of his friends and tested positive.
Dacosta reported to the Agona based Boadi Herbal Center shortly after he received his laboratory confirmation of he having the disease and treatment as usual started in earnest.
He confirmed that after receiving treatment from the herbalist about some months he went to the SDA (Abena Kwabena) Hospital on 15/o3/12 at Agona-Asamang to check for his status?? but they told him he is still have the disease.
He said he did not lose hope but continue with treatment at the Dr Boadi Herbal Centre until recently he was cured as another laboratory test from the same SDA( Abena Kwabena ) Hospital? at Agona Asamang dated 13/02/12 confirm him as negative.
Addressing the media at the clinic premises Dr Boadi Mensah Chief Executive Officer at the clinic appeal to the government to accord the necessary recognition to the herbal industry since the sector is a multi-million cedi industry that employs a greater number of people who otherwise would be out of job.
Dr. Yaw Mensah Boadi told this paper that Hepatitis B is an infectious inflammatory illness of the liver caused be the hepatitis B virus and is also classified as a sexually transmitted disease prevalent in Africa and some parts of Asia.
Orthodox medicine has failed to find a cure to this disease. Being a viral disease it can be passed on to another person through several means such as sexual intercourse and blood transfusion.
He is widely known for his sharp treatment of diseases such as impotence, syphilis, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and many other ailments whose cure has eluded orthodox medicine.
