He has therefore call for unity and support of nananom and the people to enable him bring the much needed development he envisioned for the area.

“I couldn’t celebrate my 50th birthday but after careful thought I realise God has been so good to me. I needed to thank him”, he state.
He said at age 33 when he was enstooled as a chief taking over from his predecessor Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu I, his reign came under several difficulties and challenges and that through the unflinching support of the people and his chiefs he has been able to surmount these challenges and obstacles to bring Dormaa to where it is today.
The Paramount Chief expressed his confidence in the chiefs and people for their continuous support and prayer for him, which he noted is still paramount to sustaining the unity and development of Dormaa and the Brong Ahafo Region as a whole.
He cautioned them against misinterpreting and linking him to the ruling government, from the remarks he has being making about the government on some projects initiated in the area.
On the up-coming elections, he said democratic elections worldwide were conducted to provide citizens with opportunities to exercise their franchise by choosing the candidates of their choice.
Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu II, asked the populace to vote on the basis of competency and not tribalism, cronyism or out of what they stand to gain from candidates.
His birthday celebration was graced by Odeneho Akosua Fima Dwabeng II, the Paramount Queenmother of the Dormaa Traditional Area, sub-chiefs, Members of Parliament, MCE/DCEs, Presiding Members, Assembly members, civil society organisations, members of the
security agencies, the Management and playing body of Aduana Stars as well as members of the public.
