The coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) will tomorrow Tuesday, 7th July 2015 observe the by-election to be organised by the Electoral Commission (EC) in the Talensi constituency of the Upper East region.
CODEO will deploy 30 observers to selected polling stations throughout the constituency. The observers will observe various aspects of the election process including polling station set up and its opening, the application, and compliance to voting procedures, conduct of polling officials, party agents and security officials and the counting and declaration of results.
