Atsu at his unveiling by Malaga
Christian Atsu is ‘ready and eager’ to prove himself after joining Spanish side Malaga on loan from English Premier League club Chelsea.
Ghana international Atsu had been on loan at Bournemouth but the move was cancelled ahead of the winter window.
The former Porto player has also been sent to Everton and Vitesse Arnhem on loan since joining the London club.
The talented player is keen on proving himself at the Spanish side after attempts to impose himself in England could not materialise.
“I’ve had my first training session and it went well. I met the Coach and my teammates,” Atsu said at his official presentation.
“I’m ready and eager to prove things at Malaga.
“Malaga is a fantastic club with great fans and I saw that when I came here with Porto. I think I’ll be very happy here. It was my decision to come.
