Christabel Debunks Bribe Allegations

??? Ghanaian actress Christabel Ekeh has debunked bribe allegations saying she does not shop or give away gifts for roles or scripts as some section of the public perceives but sometimes show appreciation to friends and people who play diverse roles in her life.
” I don’t know where this rumor’s are coming from but it is never true I buy gifts for players in the industry for roles. Sometimes I don’t even get much roles in some of the productions I do but at the end of the day the movies comes out and it is me everybody talks about. You see the whole thing is the other way round, these players pay me for my good work and I don’t pay anybody for scripts. Sometimes I give from my heart to my friends just because I want to do and not to bribe anybody. I believe if you are my friend and I buy you gift, it doesn’t mean I’m bribing you or asking you to do anything for me” she said.
Christabel further noted that it has always been her prayer to work with more productions both local and international. She said her progress in the industry is from God and she is really focusing on improving on her acting talent. According to her, sometimes she deserve certain roles but don’t even get them? “I am one person that if you do something for me I believe I own you one but sometimes I think people just mistake your kindness for something else. I relate to a lot of people in the industry on this, they buy me gift and I also buy them gifts. I can mention names but a lot of people can attest to this. I don’t share or give gifts for roles and haven’t bribe anyone ever and will never do” she added.
