?Cisco Voice over IP {CVOICE} and Cisco Voice Over IP Fundamentals {642-432} CVOICE

? Implementing Cisco quality of service {QOS} ? 642- 642 QOS

Cisco IP Telephony Parts 1 & 2 are the first courses you need to complete under the Cisco IP Communications Support Specialist training program. 6 topics are covered within the CIPT scope and you are expected to pass the Cisco exam- 641-444 CIPT. The 6 topics covered at this level are;

? How to perform and Install the Initial CallManager cluster set up

? How to configure the CallManager to support a call between end points on-cluster and off cluster.

?How to configure the CallManager to support any given feature set.

? How to secure an IP Telephone Network

? How to configure the CallManager to support applications when you are given a specific set of IP telephony tools and applications

?How to manage and monitor an IP Telephony Network with the use of internal server tools.

The CVOICE Modules cover areas such as;

? Configuration of a router so that basic IP telephony calls can be completed.

?Troubleshooting basic IP telephony configurations

? Configuration and connection of several components such as VoIP net to the PSTN, and

? Identifying similarities and differences between PSTN and VoIP, these include call signaling, call transporting, and requirements for Bandwidths.
