Both teams played a goalless draw in Kigali
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Ivorian arbiter, Noumandiez Doue as Referee for next month’s 2013 African Cup of Nations return leg match between the Super Eagles and the Amavubi of Rwanda.
Doue (42) has been an international referee since 2004, and was at the centre when the Super Eagles were eliminated from participating in the final 2012 African Cup of Nations by Guinea, who forced a 2-2 draw at the qualifiers played inside the mainbowl of National Stadium, Abuja on October 8, 2011.
Doue will be assisted at the June 17 match by compatriots Songuifolo Yeo (42) as Assistant Referee 1; Moussa Bayere (37), as Assistant Referee 2; and Bienvenu Sinko (32) as Fourth Official.
The Match Commissioner is Abdoulaye Lawandji Mahamat from Chad. Both teams played a 0-0 draw during the first leg in Kigali on February 29.
