The UCC Tertiary students confederacy network of the New patriotic party last Saturday 26th?Oct,2013 massively rallied behind Hon. Ayikoi Otoo, as he honored their invitation to chaired their first executives general meeting in welcoming the freshers to Tescon.
The former Attorney General Minister and current chairman of the NPP constitution took the opportunity to enlighten the students on the need for no review after the final verdict given by the nine justices, claiming there would have been a possible review if Nana Addo had not accepted the verdict which was also endorsed by the Party council of elders.
He later declared his intention to bid for the party chairmanship position which was welcomed by the exuberance students amidst chanting and praises.
Other guest include Dr. Morris Ampaw, who lamented on his disappointed in the judgment given by the majority judges, stressing that Jsc Atuguba had already made up his mind that the case was a foolish case, and even wished the Chief??Justice, Georgina Wood would have presided over the case because of her in-depth experienced rather than Jsc Atuguba.
The UCC Tescon president, Samuel Frimpong finally thanked all his guests for honoring their invitation to give them more insight on the just ended petition and wished Hon. Ayikoi Otoo well in his bid of becoming the next NPP chairman.
