Authorities of the Anum Presbyterian Secondary School (ANSEC) have been slapped with worry and consternation when ten final year students were reported smoking ?wee? at a secluded arena on campus.

The accused students who were identified and brought to book according to sources, constitutes a group of trouble makers who flout school rules and regulations whiles they engage in all sorts of deviant behaviors on the school compound.

However, source close to the school authorities said the entire administrations were astounded when those recalcitrant students were seen by some tutors finished smoking the marijuana. For legal actions to be taken against them their names were documented and the head of the school together with others are in the process of initiating pragmatic measures as to what punishment should be meted out to them.

Meanwhile, the ten accused obstinate final year students stand the chance of facing possible withdrawal when the school authorities consider it necessary because the exhibition of such attitude on school compounds is an affront to the laws of any pedagogical institution.

The source further averred that the accused persons were students admitted from Accra, that he contended worriedly that the school authorities, if not by the computer placement system will not admit any student above twenty (20) years from Accra. The source revealed this to The Moment with explanation that students admitted from Accra are mostly the scalawags hence, they can not continue to have such people as students.

Information gathered by the Moment also indicates that the authorities have put in place drastic measures to instill fear and discipline in the rest of the students especially those who are eager to join the chorus of bad deeds.
