Although the various speakers spoke on their fields of work and how one can take charge of the available opportunities that exist, Branding and Customer Care had been made the hallmark of all the business successes.
According to Sally Pongo, a Customer Relations Expert, the growth of any business thrives on good customer relation, since businesses no matter how big or small depends on customers to grow.

She also noted that, customers have peculiar problems and needs that must be addressed at a particular time, and that identifying the needs of the customer will do a great deal for the whole establishment, stressing that the idea of Customer Relation has moved away from just smiling and receiving customers and potential clients at the office, but to research into new ways and ideas on the services the company offers and how one, Customer Relations Officer, can lead the process of satisfying the customer.
Also, Mr Richmond Aboagye, a Banker who spoke on the Banking industry, also explained that the Banking industry is an industry that creates tailor-made products to suite every individual and also, as a banker, one has to always consider areas where there are opportunities to make money.

He also stressed on the importance of god customer relations, indicating that the banking industry commands trust and that people who want to venture into it must be ready to command truth and confidence.
“If a customer doesn’t trust you he will not put his or her money into your care. They are also expecting returns on any money they put at your disposal, hence you must be business-minded, finding ways to make that happen,” he said.

Doctor Fafa Adu-Boateng from the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, said she considers her profession as a calling, and that the fulfillment she has anytime she does her work as a Doctor far outweighs her financial expectations.
According to her, although everybody expects to be paid handsomely for jobs done, people should consider the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes with their jobs, especially when it has to do with the lives of others.
