Accra: Exchange Project Opens

“The Exchange” project is the largest mixed-use development in West Africa and a landmark development for Accra with the objective of creating new jobs, attracting new retailers and promoting and marketing Ghana as a tourist destination in Africa.

A statement issued in Accra by Ebenezer Alavanyo, Projects Officer of the company and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra said the project when completed would comprised the Radisson Blu Airport Accra 4 Star Hotel, Retail, Food and Beverage space, Office space, Residential apartments.

The project is a strong materialisation of the firm belief and confidence of our group in the future of Ghana and would be the biggest single real estate project to date in Accra.

“We are very proud of this evolution as this is a new milestone we are adding onto the legacy of our Forewin Group, Mabani Holdings Ghana Limited and Actis LLP as well as our great nation Ghana,” it said.

The project is to provide more than 1000 to 2000 jobs for economy and set to benefit the Ghanaian economy immensely, with more than 90 per cent of work to be subcontracted to local companies.
