Microsoft Mobile Devices Group (MMDG), Ghana, has indeed?fulfill?its promise to customers who won in the?recently held Nokia Lumia 535 Promotion.
The Company, has given out five brand new Hyundai i10 cars to the five lucky winners at a short ceremony at the Silva Longue of the Accra Mall.
The five winners, Jordan Patterson, Samiratu Wahazu, Kumi Briht, Ohemaa Takyiwa Boakye and Loius Osei beamed with joy as the keys to their cars were handed over to them on Thursday, April 9th, 2015.
The five lucky winners went through the Lumia 535 MakeItHappen Promo activation draw after purchasing the device.
They have, as part of the promotion bought the Lumia 535 device, sent Lumia, their names and IMEI number of the phone to 1732 and entered the draw.
Out of the over 3000 entries, the five have emerged the outstanding lucky individuals whose dreams have indeed happen.
Speaking to the Business Lead of Microsoft Mobile Device Ghana, Mr. Kola Osinowo, after the event in an interview, he expressed joy at the whole promotion and was thankful for the people of Ghana for supporting and having faith in the Lumia brand.
Mr. Osinowo said with Microsoft, there isn’t too much to spend on a customer and that what they have done so far with giving out the five Hyundai i10 cars was just a tip of the iceberg.
According to him, Ghanaian?s are daily inspired and want to turn that inspiration into reality and ultimately business opportunities, which Microsoft by that singular promotion made happen.
“This is just to say a thank you to our customers. I am indeed excited about the whole program today and I must say Microsoft and Lumia have come to stay,” he said.
He promised customers that Microsoft will continually provide customers rich smartphone experiences at amazing price points.
Speaking to the winners, they expressed happiness and appreciation to Microsoft with each telling their wonderful experience with the Lumia 535 device.
“I like to take memorable Skype video calls and seamlessly switch between voice and video with built-in Skype integration,” Ohemaa Takyiwa Boakye said.
For Samiratu Wahazu, the features like edit and share Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents and OneNote notebook with the pre-installed Office suite, are so amazing and worth exploring.

The draw, which began on February 16 this year through to March 31, was to reward patrons of Microsoft Lumia 535 and to encourage others to use the brand.
The Microsoft Lumia 535 is a windows Smartphone; the first lumia range to carry the Microsoft logo following acquisition of Nokia.
