ISTAA international team will play in Zurich:?5th ISTAA AGM is coming soon

Sports Travel Bureaus, members of the International Sports Travel Agencies Association, will meet in Zurich on 18th of November 2013 for their 5th Annual General Meeting. Their participation in the most important sports events in year 2014 like the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games in Sochi, and FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship in Poland will be discussed.
The aim of the annual meeting that brings together ISTAA members, partners and invited guests is to sum up the organization?s activity, to make plans for the forthcoming major sports events around the world and to share professional experiences.

?The coming year?2014?is going to be a genuine challenge, as well as an opportunity for the entire world of sports. Early in the year, we will take part in the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi (Russia), then in several different world championships, including the volleyball tournament in Poland, and in absolutely the most exciting event, the FIFA World Cup in Rio de Janeiro. Sports excitement provides the best ground for building relations, loyalty and friendship. These are positive feelings, and we would like for people to experience them
as often as possible??? said Zbigniew ?Zebby? Wrobel, the President of ISTAA.
Presentations will be delivered by guests of honor: FIVB Executive Vice President in charge of TV & Marketing ? Mr. Miros?aw Przedpelski, Director Head of Events and Hospitality International Olympic Committee Mr. Panos Tzivanidis , Director of Hospitality at Paris Saint-Germain ? Mr. Alistair Spiers and Member of the UEFA Executive Board ? Mr. Peter Gilli?ron. The meeting will end with a workshop and networking session, as well as a visit to the FIFA headquarters.
