At least four people were killed and 12 others injured in a Russian drone attack on Ukraine’s eastern city of Kharkiv overnight Thursday, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
Drones hit private houses and apartment blocks in Kharkiv, including a 14-storey residential building, Terekhov wrote in a Telegram post.
Some districts of Kharkiv had power outages following the attack.
