About the Author Peter Kofi Dabie is a Ghanaian scholar and education advocate specializing in educational leadership and migration studies. My work focuses on equity in education among the underserved communities, student rights, social justice, and culturally responsive leadership in the U.S and in Ghana. I am currently a PhD candidate at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, USA. At the same time, I am completing my first PhD in early 2026 in Migration Studies at the Center for Migration Studies, University of Ghana, Legon. I am a past teacher at Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, Legon, Accra, from 2015 to 2023.
