The much talked about flag-bearer of the United?Front Party (UFP) Mr. Akwasi Addai has fingered the Member of Parliament (MP) for Amansie West Constituency Hon Grace Addo for her gross act of non-performance at Pekyi number 1 and 2 communities?following the low level of education, absence of scholarship award schemes for students, poor road networks, lack of street lights, high level of unemployment among the youth plus a host of inadequate projects choking residents.

The sitting MP according to business man but a political figure Mr. Akwasi Addai has no concern whatsoever for residents of the communities since she has done nothing worth of as an MP?and has on this basis failed to perform her parliamentary obligations.

He therefore called on the electorates to vote massively against her.
Announcing this at his national campaign launch at Pekyi 2 in the Ashanti region, Mr. Akwasi Addai underscored academic empowerment as part of his policies and if given the nod as Ghana’s president, come December 7.

He stressed that the era of low level of education will be a story of the past, promising to beef up teacher motivation, scholarship awards to needy but brilliant students particularly residents of the two communities and promised to put up storey building? academic institutions for all the communities in the District.

On the issue of unemployment, he promised to put in place a scheme that will enable unemployed youth earn GH?50, nursing mothers earning GH?100 and the aged GH?60 every month.

This initiative he averred will form part of his policies of creating wealth for all which he mentioned as his specialty.

Mr. Akwasi Addai who spoke of haven nurtured most of the youth? in the area into becoming successful businessmen rubbished N.P.P and the N.D.C government for bad governance with its attendant national hardships.
Past and present government he mentioned, have all disappointed the county, adding that it is about time Ghanaians offered a businessman the chance to steer the economic affairs of the country.
The spokesperson for Mr. Akwasi Addai in an interview noted that the party is sure of victory come 7th December and is not troubled in anyway despite recent abnormal developments in the party.

Mr. Eric Ekwo Attabra again indicated that the party is in the quest of ensuring that absolute unity is established by reconciling the break away members to the party for a smooth campaign.
