George Andah and Yofi Grant have resigned their positions from the Executive Council of OccupyGhana.

Yoofi Grant has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Investment Promotion (GIPC) and Andah has also been appointed deputy Trade minister by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

In a statement issued by the group, it said ‘Nenyi and Yofi however remain members of OccupyGhana and will carry to their respective new endeavours, the core values and ideologies of OCCUPYGHANA, promoting good governance and abhorring corruption’.

OccupyGhana spoke excessively against the erstwhile Mahama-administration which was perceived to be characterised with corruption, insolence and favouritism.
