BA United

BA United have appointed former supporters chief Yaw Frimpong as the club?s new Chief Executive.

Frimpong replaces Roy Arthur who was sacked for the third time this season after the side?s 4-1 defeat at Ashantigold on Sunday.

?I have been appointed as the new CEO of BA United and I look forward to the big challenge,? Frimpong confirmed.

?There is lots of work to be done and we?ll ensure we try to stay afloat.

?The former CEO Roy Arthur signed players onto a one-year contract and so what it means is that even if we are relegated, most of the players are free to leave.

?That is the situation confronting our club and we must do everything possible to stay in the top-flight.?

United are deeply involved in the relegation dog-fight as they currently lie 15th on the league table.
