  1. My fiancee went around to bank in Ghana and told her they don’t do XOOM or never heard of XOOM. Can you explain why they told her that. I open up an XOOM account, but didn’t send money if they telling her and other people in Ghana no XOOM. Because her friend went to see and they told them both same thing at Two different bank One in Accra and One in Tema so I can’t understand if XOOM website said you can pickup in Ghana why they having this problem of banks saying No XOOM transfer there. I very much like to use XOOM service any help would be very appreciated thank you.

  2. My dad trying to send me money and I went to several banks listed in gen locations but , I went to 5 different locations in Accra and they told me they haven’t heard of it and no Xoom available.
