?It?s time for you to do the right thing, it?s time to put things in place. You don?t have to wait for people to die every year before you come out to show you care, that is not showing you care,? Becca added.

Asked if she was also hit by the rain, she said, she attended an event and had to stay in town till 2 am because she received a call warning her not to bother coming home.

Becca said, ?It didn?t hit my house but the road to my house and the fact that it didn?t hit my house doesn?t mean it didn?t hit me.?
