National Communication team member of the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP], Jennifer Queen has said the elephant fraternity will not again seek clarification in the Supreme court after the 2016 elections.

Her reasons was that, the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] has now demonstrated that elections can be won by violence ? thus, obeying the rules ? ?of the game [election proceedings] is effete?.

Jennifer Queen made this assertion after the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] in Tuesday?s by-election reclaimed the Talensi seat from the NPP in a contest characterized violence, alleged rigging and votes buying.

Blaming the NDC for all the happenings in the Talensi by-election, the NPP communicator opined that the party could have challenge the elction result but ? ?We [NPP] won?t do that again and we are not ready for that in 2016?.

Speaking on NEAT FM?s morning show ?Ghana Montie?, Jennifer Queen lamented ? ?NPP will not go to court in 2016.
Whatever led to court in the 2012 elections, NPP we are not ready for that ? nobody is going to court because, we are going to be vigilant just as the Supreme Court advised in 2012?.

??Elections are won at the polling stations ? so we will fight, protect ballot boxes, win and declare at the polling station. We won?t sit-down for others to intimidate us then we head to the court ? No! we won?t do that this time. Whichever way it is, we [NPP] are winning power come 2016,? she told host Kwasi Aboagye.
