Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu says not all best players can be called to the national team simply due to the mounting numbers of talents in the system.

A lot of issues have been made mainly in the media over the lack of fairness in player call ups to the national teams.

Some people feel some players are given undeserved preferential treatment over others who prove on a consistent basis they need to be in the team.

Coach David Duncan recently took a massive swipe at national team coaches for neglecting players from Hearts of Oak even though they deserved call ups in a leakes tape.

But Konadu ? who is preparing the local Black Stars for next year?s CHAN tournament ? says national team handlers can simply not invite all good players at a go even though they strive to assemble the best for the nation.

?The call ups we make have to be the best on the local scene [referring to call ups into his CHAN team],? he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

?One thing we have to put in mind is that we can?t always call good players.

?Definitely some good one maybe left out and that doesn?t mean that somebody hates them or don?t like this or that player.

?It is just that the very good players are too many and we deal with numbers here so we have to know that not everybody can be called.?
