Voting has ended peacefully in the Wa Central Constituency and accounting is ongoing at many of the polling station.

The elections in the constituency has been judged by some observers and party agents as one of the successful and peaceful elections ever conducted in the history of the constituency.

The high tension that characterised the campaigns had not impacted on the voting pattern, as the smoothness and conduct of the voting had been cherished by all, and once again the constituency has maintained its accolades as one of the most peaceful constituencies in the Upper West Region.

Reports from the Nandom Constituency indicate that voting has ended and counting was ongoing at the polling stations.
