Julius Peter Moto, the Uganda High Commissioner in South Africa, says that Lukwago-Mugerwa went missing from Bloemfontein Campus on the morning of Saturday, May 9.

?Mr. Lukwago-Mugerwa was last seen in the residence on Saturday morning at around 5:00, wearing a dark hoodie.?

This development comes at a time when South Africa is grappling with xenophobic violence ? where foreign blacks living and working in South Africa are targeted.

?He is approximately 1.8 m tall, weighs around 80 kilograms and is well built.

?He has short hair, a burn mark on his right hand and he wears a black watch (brand unknown).?
