Former American sprint champion Tyson Gay recorded the worst result of his lifetime when he came last in the Diamond League in the 100 metres in Zurich, Switzerland on Thursday.
The American record holder with 9.69 seconds, had recorded 9.93 and 10.04 on the road in July after his ban was lifted but clocked 10.35 in the final event.
Former World record holder Asafa Powell came fourth in 10.07 behind countryman, Kemar Bailey-Cole who won the event in 9.96 seconds.
The next Diamond League finals meet comes off on September 5th in Brussels.
