A two-story church building located at Alajo in Accra fell to ruins during Saturday?s rainstorm that hit the capital.

No one has been injured following the incident.?Some members of the Royal Trumpeters church according to an eyewitness, who were in the building before it begun to dropping rubbles, escaped before it all caved in.

This is the second time the building, formerly used as a warehouse has been destroyed by the effects of a heavy downpour.

Saturday?s downpour has caused a lot of havoc in the capital as some trees and billboards fell on some major roads blocking traffic consequently.
