19:36 Great build-up in midfield by the Stars as Inkoom sends an immaculate cross on the right, Ayew soars but his header too feeble to beat the Tunisian goal keeper.

19:34 The Tunisians have upped their game asking lots of questions of the Ghanaian defence. But they still trail the Stars courtesy a John Mensah 10th minute goal.

19:30 Tunisians are furiously clamouring for a penalty after a little shirt tugging on their attacker. But the Cameroonian referee will have none of that.

19:25 Silly and dangerous back pass to Kwarasey by Masawudu but the goal keeper reacts quickest to save the blushes of the Stars.

19:16 Great run on the left by Kwodwo Asamoah and whips a cross in but a tidy clearance by the Tunisian defence. Ghana win a corner. Will it be two, Mensah comes in again. Corner taken but a glancing header whisks just wide. Muntari and the Tunisian goal keeper in some form of confrontation. Referee comes in to settle.

19:14 Its time for the Tunisians to react and they are relying on the long balls trying hard to catch the Ghanaians on the break, but Mensah and Boye have been resolute thus far.

19:08 Ghana win first corner after best spell. Agyemang Badu whips it in and a low header by John Mensah and it is a GOAL!!!!!!!!!! Ghana are up. A perfect start for the Stars and its the returnee skipper John Mensah who gets his second goal of the tournament.

19:05 Tunisia are up in confidence as the goal keeper succeeds in a little trickery, beating Asamoah Gyan and clearing his lines.

19:02 Slow start as the two teams try hard to settle. Agyeman Badu is down after hurting himself in a cluttering challenge on Sah. He recovers though and gets on with the business.

18:58 A minute silence in memory of the over 70 football fans who lost their lives in the Stadium disaster in Port Said Egypt last week. For Anthony Annan, he would be keeping silent in memory of his mother who also died last week.

18:54 They line up for the national anthems. Ghana as usual go first followed by the Tunisians.

Ghana have their eyes set on yet another semi-final in the AFCON tournament but have a huge Tunisian hurdle to cross in the quarters.

Goran Stevanovic makes two crucial changes in the side that drew 1-1 with Guinea in the final Group D match, bringing on skipper John Mensah and Samuel Inkoom for Isaac Vorsah and John Paintsil respectively.

Will these changes work the magic for the Black Stars who are sweating to justify the huge favorites tag that has been hanging around their necks?
