Airtel Ghana has unveiled its latest service offering, Airtel Premier, which is designed to delight its customers and reward them for their loyalty. Customers will receive personalized and tailored communications solutions on the Airtel network with the aim of making the experience at each touch point second to none.

In attendance at the unveiling were customers of Airtel, senior government officials along with VIPs and exclusive guests.

Launching the service, the managing director of Airtel Ghana, Philip Sowah, said Airtel had taken cognizance of the fact that some customers had stayed loyal to the company over the years and had a high patronage of the products and services on the Airtel network. These customers, he added, deserved unparalleled benefits and treatment, as Airtel continued to make their experience on the network even better. ?We are glad to be able to augment our suite of services and offers to accommodate these customers, who expect more and in fact, deserve more from their communications services provider.”

According to him, Airtel Premier Customers will have access to dedicated Relationship Managers, Premier Helpline, lounges in Airtel showrooms, Customer Engagement & Retention Offers, Special Rewards Program, Special Birthday/Anniversary Offers, quarterly newsletters and a special Premier Website.

The Chief Operating Officer of Airtel Ghana, Mrinal Roy, also explained that Airtel aimed at remaining very competitive in the area of customer care. ?We have segmented all our customers so that we can provide each of them with quality customer care and innovative services?, he stated, adding that this strategy was aimed at further cementing Airtel?s commitment to deploying services and improving the lifestyle of their valued customers.?????????? ?The satisfaction of our customers is at the core of our business, Airtel Premier which rewards customers who have remained loyal to the Airtel brand, and meet a minimum threshold or more per month has been introduced with tailor made products and services to cater for the differing needs of our customers?, he stated.

The Guest of Honour at the launch, Martyn Mensah, who is the Chairman of Global Marketing Network, on his part commended Airtel Ghana for the initiative, stating that the launch of Airtel premier was proof that innovation was alive and well in Ghana. ?it represents the outcome of deep consumer insight and understanding. At last, a telco is serving the needs of its customers in a refreshing way by raising the bar in terms of tailor – made services that address the real needs of its customers.
