The two suicide bombers exploded their devices in a public transport vehicle that was going to a market in Diffa, near Bosso locality.
The zone was sealed off by Niger’s defense and security forces who launched a one-day aerial and land operation to apprehend other suspects.
For over a year, Niger’s southeast regions have come under numerous attacks by Boko Haram terrorist group which has been operating from its base in Nigeria.
The latest attack took place on March 30 and it left six Nigerien soldiers dead and three others injured in Diffa region. Enditem
