Tema Youth Chief Executive Winfred Osei Parma is confident the Tema stadium will be ready to host their season?s opener against Hearts on Sunday.

The country?s Premier League Board have passed the venue unfit to host Premier League matches and have up until Tuesday to ensure the facility is in good condition before it will be approved.

If the venue is not approved, the Tema-based side will be forced to play their homes matches at the El-Wak stadium.

But the club?s chief is confident they will pass the test time ahead of the visit of the local giants.

?There is no problem with the pitch. The PLB has instructed us to do some work on dressing room, referees changing room and build  a tunnel so that they players will not be exposed to the fans.? Parma said

?I can assure our fans that the venue will be ready to host Hearts,? Parma said

?Work done is over 95 percent and so there is no cause for alarm.?

The Premier League Board has sent a strong warning to other clubs including Medeama, All Stars, New Edubiase, Liberty Professionals and Aduana Stars to upgrade their facility or risk playing away from their favourite home turf in the upcoming season.

The new soccer season kick starts on October 7.
