A wholly-owned Indian automobile company, Tata Africa Holdings (Ghana) Limited, has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to excellent customer service by introducing a comprehensive 24 hour-seven day (24/7) a week mobile service van, with  a promise to design more durable automobile products to change the automobile industry in the world.

The new mobile servicevan, according to the management of the company, formed part of after-sales service to cherished and diverse customers in the Greater Accra Region.

He noted  that: ?This  novelty by Tata, one of the industry?s first, is deliberately introduced to serve its teeming customers whose hearts are endeared to the Tata brand, following the successful inauguration of a fully functional state-of-the art sale and service facility in Tema in 2010.?

According to  Mr. Chaturvedi, the introduction of the 24/7 mobile service van for the company  clients is a clear reaffirmation of the company?s commitment to providing unrivalled service in the  automobile market in Ghana, which, he said, would go a long way to help improve the general transport situation.

He stated that Tata is becoming increasing responsible to the growing list of the company?s satisfied customers, indicating that starting from Friday, September 28, 2012, the company clients in the region have unhindered access to the 24/7 mobile service van for all their brands of Tata vehicles.

TATA vehicles are designed for every need of the customer with reliability, robustness and adaptability to the African market.

Model range varies from passenger cars with hatch back, Sedan, station wagon options, pick-ups with 4X4 / 4X2, Double cabin/Single Cabin options, mini truck at very affordable price, light goods carrying vehicles, medium commercial vehicles, Heavy Tippers and multiple application vehicles, small and big buses.

TATA Africa Holdings began its operations in Ghana in 1998. Its primary operations include the sale of TATA vehicles, spare parts and provision of after sales service.
