The Tamale stadium will host the first leg of the African Youth Championship final qualifier between Ghana and Morocco.

The Black Satellites enjoyed a tremendous support from the North as they coasted to victory in their penultimate qualifier against East African side Ugandans two weeks ago.

The Ghanaians must record a convincing win against their North African opponent on Sepetmber 23 to make the second leg an easy ride.

The team is expected to move into camping on Monday at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence at Prampram to step up preparations for the fixture.

The winner of the two-legged tie will qualify to the 2013 African Youth Championship in Algeria.

The Tamale stadium was one of the venues used to host the Africa Cup of Nations in 2008.
