Deputy Black Stars skipper Andre Dede Ayew

English Premier league side Swansea city have confirmed the signing of Ghana winger Andre Dede Ayew on a four year deal subject to a medical and international clearance.

The 26 year old will now move to the English league after spending 11 seasons at the Valedrome.

Ayew comes in with vast experience after leading Ghana to win the FIFA U20 world cup in the year 2009, he was also a key member of the Black Stars squad which reached the quarter final stage at the world cup in South Africa in 2010 and also scored twice during the Brazil edition but could not stop the team finishing bottom of the group.

The former Marseille had been linked to a host of clubs including Tottenham and Liverpool before deciding to move to Wales.

Ayew scored 52 goals in 181 games with French giants Marseille,he will now wear his favorite number 10 jersey in the upcoming season at the Liberty stadium.
