Besides director J.J. Abrams, Trevor Noah is another person who responded to ?Star Wars: The Force Awakens? controversy. In a segement called ?The Racism Awakens? on ?The Daily Show with Trevor Noah?, the host asked people, who launched a movement to boycott the ?Star Wars? movie, to stop complaining.

Shortly after the final trailer of ?The Force Awakens? was screened during ?Monday Night Football?, many people took to social media to protest the movie. It was accused of being ?anti-white? because the movie features non-male and non-white actors as leading characters.

During his show, Noah addressed the controversy. ?Stop complaining racists. You had your ?Star Wars? movie already!? Noah joked, before a picture of Jar Jar Binks flashed on screen. He later continued to give details about the controversy, saying that racists blamed the movie?s producers for pushing a ?sinister multi-cultural agenda.?

Daisy Ridley and John Boyega lead the cast which also includes Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac. Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher reprise their roles as Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Pricess Leia respectively. Produced by Abrams, Kathleen Kennedy and Bryan Burk, ?The Force Awakens? is scheduled to arrive in the U.S. on December 18.
