Sellas Tetteh has hinted his preparedness to vacate his position as coach of the Ghana U20 team following their failed bid at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup.

The 58-year-old made his name by leading the Black Satellites to World Cup glory in 2009 in Egypt ? the first and only African side to have attained that feat till date.

Tetteh relatively did well with the side again on his return in 2013 where he led that generation to win bronze in Turkey.

The magic of the former Rwanda coach however deserted him this time around as his side crashed out of the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup currently ongoing in New Zealand to Mali at the Round of 16 stage.

Pressure has since been mounting on Tetteh with reports already concluding his will be given the sack in the coming days.

But the experienced trainer says he is even ready to walk after admitting to the team?s failure in New Zealand.

?In capital letters I have failed,? he said.

?The GFA?s objective was for the team to reach the semifinals. I can?t be there forever as the coach of the team.?
