This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team of staff and volunteers at our Headquarters in James Town. This role has a high degree of independence and the possibility to really make a mark on this growing organization.

As the Head of IT Lab and Server, the Information and Computer Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:

Schedule and teach beneficiaries/studentsTrain staff about potential uses of existing technologyInstalling hardware and software systemsConfiguring computer networksTroubleshooting a variety of computer issuesSetting up computer security measuresMaintaining our electronic and web visibilityMaintaining and repairing equipmentOffering technical support on-site or via phone or email

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalentMinimum of one year working experience in this fieldExperience in installing and administering computer hardware, software and networks;Highly organised and self-motivated personality who is able to work in an global teamOral, written, and presentation English language skills are required. Ga, Twi, Ewe and Hausa proficiency is a strong plus
