Accompanied by NLA staff and supported by Madam Amma Frimpong, Coordinator of the Good Causes Foundation, Mr. Awuku highlighted the foundation’s achievements and emphasized its commitment to education and health. The newly inaugurated facility aligns with these priorities, promoting hygiene and comfort for students and staff.

The ceremony, preceded by a gathering, also underscored the importance of responsible gaming. Mr Awuku advised students to prioritize their studies over lotto games.

Notable attendees included Mrs Patricia Asare-Korang, Assistant Headmistress for Administration; Mr Eric Yeboah Appiadu, Parliamentary Candidate for Akuapem South constituency; Hon. Mrs. Joycelyn Baffoe-Bonney, Assistant Chaplain; and Mr. David Nkansah Anto, PR Manager for NLA.

The facility comprises two washrooms for teachers, including one for males and one for females, ten student washrooms with disability access provisions, a spacious changing room, a mechanized borehole, a polytank, and two standing pipes.

Mrs Patricia Asare-Korang expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the school for the impactful donation, echoing Hon. Frank Aidoo’s calls for continued partnership and support from the NLA in future projects.

The commissioning significantly enhances the sanitation infrastructure at Aburi Girls SHS, reflecting the NLA’s commitment to community development and educational advancement.
