A gallery of stars, including hip hop veteran and renowned beat-maker, Andre Young, aka Dr. Dre, and Bad Boy, Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, were among high profile guests who turned out for the very lavish 36th birthday bash of Maybach Music Group label boss, Rick Ross on Sunday, January 29. 2012.

The party which was a final culmination of an all week-end soiree took place at Club Amnesia in the rapper’s hometown of Miami Florida.

DJ Khaled, Wiz Khalifa and his girlfriend, Amber Rose, Cassie, Sean Garrett were among celebrities that turned out in their finery for the party, but perhaps the biggest attraction for the night was the presence of Dr. Dre, which generated a buzz that the two rap heavyweights may have settled their well-known rift.

Diddy, who came in company of his son, Justin, and an entourage of artistes under his management, enlivened the party as the host, and paid tributes to the ‘Teflon Don’.

The celebrant later performed hit songs off his previous releases as well as tracks from his ‘Rich Forever’ mixtape.

Rick Ross, born William Leonard Roberts II on January 28, 1976, rose from ruling Miami’s underground rap scene, to become one of hip hop’s most recognisable artistes, with ‘Port Of Miami‘, his 2006 chart topping album ushering him to the big league almost immediately.

Its unstoppable single ‘Hustlin‘ became the first master tone ever certified platinum by the RIAA for sales of 1 million copies before the associated album had even been released.
