In Touch magazine is exclusively reporting that Real Housewives of New Jersey newcomer Margaret Josephs’ lifestyle brand, Macbeth Collection, was sued for $12 million by clothing company Vineyard Vines in 2014 – and the case is still open.

According to legal documents exclusively obtained by In Touch, Vineyard Vines accused Margaret’s company of “trademark infringement.” The judge ruled in favor of Vineyard Vines, and Margaret was ordered to pay $300,000 in damages – but she never paid the full amount.

“Margaret didn’t abide by the ruling,” Vineyard Vines’ lawyer Todd Sharinn tells In Touch.

The company is now asking for $7 million — and expects Margaret to pay. “I’ve seen some of her banking records…she lives a pretty good life, obviously good enough to get on RHONJ,” Sharinn reveals.
