Prince Tagoe leaves Bursaspor fully loaded with cash

Ghana Striker Prince Tagoe Gets Bumper Payoff In Bursaspor Exit

Ghana striker Prince Tagoe has received a bumper payoff to the tune of $600,000 after being released by Turkish club Bursaspor.

The 26-year-old arrived at a decision with the club to mutually terminate his three-year deal haven served two years out of the total duration of the contract.

The former TSG Hoffenheim striker was eligible for a $1m payoff per the terms of his contract.

The Turkish club however managed to negotiate this amount until an agreement of $600,000 was reached as settlement for the player?s premature departure.

Tagoe will now receive this bumper payoff and assume a free agent status.

This means there will be no transfer fee on his head to be paid for by suitors.

It also means any cash to accrue from an ensuing move will be paid directly to the former Ghana Premier League top scorer.

Tagoe?s representatives are already in extensive talks with other European clubs interested in signing the Ghana international.

The only stumbling block to a move now is a fee to be agreed upon by both parties.
