Aduana Stars defender Godfred Saka claims a host of premier league clubs have developed extreme hatred for the club.

The ex-Asante Kotoko full-back says players and officials of the Dorma-based side have a been target of constant attacks from officials of their fellow Premier League clubs this season.

He claimed opposing fans are also incited to hurl abusive language at them anytime they travel from home for matches in the top-flight.

It will be recalled players and officials were assaulted by fans of AshantiGold last Wednesday following their 1-1 draw at the Len Clay stadium.

And the impressive right-full back is shocked at the turn of events.

“All the clubs in the league come to Dormaa, play their football and leave peacefully,” Saka told Sunyani-based Storm FM

“I don’t understand why we can’t experience that when we travel as well”.

“Everywhere centre that we visit people insult and try to attack us for reasons that I cannot understand,”

“We were severely beaten up by AshGold fans. We were attacked by Dwarfs fans and a lot of clubs do same to us,”

“Is it because we won the league in our first season or is it because of our excellent performance in the league for the past years because as a footballer for the club I don’t really understand why all these attacks?”
