Sellas Tetteh says his side are not intimidated by Portugal's form.

Ghana U20 Coach Sellas Tetteh Not Scared Of Portugal

Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh believes his side can apply the brakes on in-form Portugal in Wednesday?s FIFA U20 World Cup round of 16 match.

The Black Satellites are underdogs against the A Sele??o das Quinas who are the tournament?s highest scoring side with ten goals.

Portugal finished leaders in Group A with seven points while Ghana needed luck to advance as one of the best four third-placed teams.

Tetteh, who won the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup in Egypt, says they are not intimidated by Edgar Borges? side.

?Their form in front of goal is enough to frighten anyone, ten goals in three games is no mean achievement,? said Sellas Tetteh

?They are a free scoring side with a solid technical team, we have taken great pains to have a look at all their games and have noticed a few things which we will try to exploit.

?A lot of things do happen in the course of games and it will incumbent on the bench to map out the right strategies to outwit our opponents. Hopefully, we can get a result after the game.?

The winner of this match will play either Croatia or Chile at the quarter final.
